Yoga

Pip’s yoga practice is not bound by any one particular yoga or spiritual tradition. Her practice combines traditional Hatha yoga with both the precision of Iyengar and the fluidity of Vinyasa flow and will be adjusted to the individual needs of the student. Pip will share yogic teachings and mindfulness in a down to earth manner inclusive of everyone’s level of experience.

Pip runs weekly classes in Braunton as well as working with clients on a one to one basis. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for up to date class timetables.

Wellbeing Matters

Wellbeing is most usefully thought of as a dynamic process that gives people a sense of how their lives are going, through the interaction between their circumstances, activities and psychological resources or ‘mental capital’.

Because of this dynamic nature, high levels of wellbeing mean that we are more able to respond to difficult circumstances, to innovate and constructively engage with other people and the world around us.

Maintaining an optimal level of wellbeing is absolutely crucial to live a higher quality life. Wellbeing matters. Wellbeing matters because everything we do and every emotion we feel relates to our wellbeing. In turn, our wellbeing directly affects our actions and emotions. It’s an ongoing circle.

Therefore it is important for everyone to achieve optimal wellbeing in order to subdue stress, reduce the risk of illness and ensure positive interactions with people as well as the world around us.
