Yoga

Yoga is a mind and body practice with a 5,000-year history in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.

Practicing yoga has many benefits for both mental and physical health. Among those are decreasing stress and relieving anxiety, reducing chronic pain, promoting sleep, easing depression, improving the health of your heart and lungs, improving strength, flexibility and muscle tone, relieving migraines and promoting healthy eating habits.

Pip works with a range of clients of all ages and abilities. Pip is currently teaching mindful yoga to teenagers as well as power yoga to private groups who enjoy the increased fitness benefits of a strong yoga practice. Pip also teaches older clients who benefit from regular, gentle mobility, often on a one to one basis. Pip’s therapeutic practice, tailored to her client’s personal requirements, will help improve everyone’s health and wellbeing, no matter what their age or ability.

One to One or private group yoga lessons start from £30/hour and can be in your own home, in Pip’s little yoga studio at, “The Sail Loft”, on Wrafton Road in Braunton, Devon or we can hire a private hall, whichever you prefer.

Pip also runs drop-in yoga classes in Braunton, West Down and Croyde each week when life, pandemics etc permit. Please see our Facebook or Instagram page for details of current classes or call Pip on 07738014383.
