Yoga

Yoga is a mind and body practice with a 5,000-year history in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation.

Practicing yoga has many benefits for both mental and physical health. Among those are decreasing stress and relieving anxiety, reducing chronic pain, promoting sleep, easing depression, improving the health of your heart and lungs, improving strength, flexibility and muscle tone, relieving migraines, and promoting healthy eating habits.

I work with a range of clients of all ages and abilities. I offer a weekly program of group yoga classes in North Devon, see timetable below, and also offer private individual and group classes, both in person and by zoom.

My therapeutic practice, tailored to each client’s personal requirements, will help improve everyone’s health and wellbeing, no matter their age or ability.

One to One or private group yoga lessons start from £45/hour and can be by zoom, in your own home, in my little yoga studio, “The Sail Loft”, at 7 Wrafton Road, Braunton, Devon or I can hire a private hall, whichever you prefer.
