Welcome To Western Wellbeing
I began practicing yoga in my early 20s and was inspired by how much better I felt mentally and physically when I practiced. It became my go-to at the end of a stressful day, helped me through my pregnancies, and calmed me when my work-life balance was nonexistent.
In 2017, fed up with the unsustainable demands of my career in the corporate world, I retrained as a yoga teacher and founded Western Wellbeing, a yoga and wellness business. I wanted to use my skills to help people in a holistic and tangible way and there is nothing more rewarding than helping people to make a positive change in their lives.
When I'm not teaching I love being at home with my family, spending time with friends, swimming in the sea, walking the coast path, playing in the woods, singing, dancing, and reading.
