One to One or private small group yoga lessons start from £30/hour and can be in your own home, at Pip’s home on Wrafton Road in Braunton, Devon or we will hire a private hall, whatever you prefer.

Pip will ask you to complete a Health and Wellbeing questionnaire and discuss with you what you would like to achieve from your practice. A physical yoga practice will help with your general strength, flexibility, balance and fitness but yoga is also a powerful tool to help you manage stress, ease tension and give you coping strategies to deal with anxiety and the challenges of everyday life.

Pip works with a range of students of all ages and abilities. She is currently working with teenagers who benefit from a mindfullness practice in this hectic social media driven world we live in. She teaches a power yoga class to 80’s rock music to one private group who enjoy the increased fitness benefits of a strong yoga practice. Pip teaches chair yoga to elderly students who are house bound and need regular, gentle mobility, she works with students recovering from strokes and a host of other practices tailored to her client’s personal requirements.

Pip also runs several drop-in classes in Braunton and Heanton each week.

Wednesday 11.30am “Build Confidence in your Yoga Practice” (max 4 people). Braunton.

Wednesday 4pm “Yoga for Everyone”, South Molton Community College. (Staff only).

Thursday 2pm “Build Confidence in your Yoga Practice” (max 4 people). Braunton.

Thursday 7pm “Gentle Yoga for all abilities” (Hewett Room, Heanton), £7, drop in.

Friday 11.30am “Build Confidence in your Yoga Practice” (max 4 people).
